Do you need to have work experience to get into business graduate school

Do you need to have work experience to get into business graduate school?
I don't want an MBA, I am interested in going straight from my Bachelor's into another business Master's program but I am not sure if I need work experience. Is it required? What should I do if I plan on graduating in December 2008?

depends on the school call around

I was looking at Wharton, one of the best in the country, the other day. I noticed someone got in straight from under-grad w/ no work experience. Yes, it can be done. It helps. However, you may be a super student and don't need it. It also depends on the school. Higher ranked schools can be picky. A low ranked school will let anyone who can spell their name in.

If you are 20-21- I would get some experience in the workforce. You might find you want to focus on a specific area of business (HR, marketing, econ for example). I think you would learn where your strengths and weaknesses are after a year or two on the job.
