Master Business Psychology

Master Business Psychology?
Hello! I am currently studying International Business & Law (bachelor), but I would love to get my master's degree in Business Psychology, does anyone have an idea which universities offer this course? As I've been checking internet and the only school I can find is the Chicago School of Professional Psychology (but this course takes 7 years) and I hope there is an opportunity to do this course in 2 years. I hope someone will be able to help me, thank you in advance!! Sophie

I think that what you are looking for is Industrial/Organizational Psychology or I/O psychology for short. You can find TONS of programs in that. Most are short, and plenty of state schools carry the degree. Seems to be high demand. Good luck!

It really depends on the college or university you get accepted into. There are a variety of places to attend. Some schools are cheaper than others. Of course, you'd be considered an "out-of-state student" or "international student" so your tuition will be higher than someone living in the state where the college is located. I'd guess anywhere from $15,000-$50,000 - but this is just a wild guess. You can visit home pages of the colleges your interested in - most list tuition and fees. Check out tuition at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan at: http://www.umich.edu/~regoff/tuition/full.html#Grad_Bus Compare to Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI (just fifteen minutes away): http://www.emich.edu/public/cob/gr/mba.html http://www.emich.edu/controller/sbs/tuitionfeesoutline.html

Do recent Harvard Business MBA graduates get jobs in this economy

Do recent Harvard Business MBA graduates get jobs in this economy?
I'm curious what type of jobs do recent Harvard MBA(Master Business Administration) graduates obtain in this type of economy? Do they remain in the USA and work? Or do they go to Canada? What country do they go to? What about the salary they obtain after obtaining an MBA? How much do they make per year? How is the economy affecting Ivy league MBA graduates when it comes to jobs and salaries?

I'm pretty sure their daddy's and mates take care of them regardless of what the economy is doing.

They too are losing jobs--don't be fooled!

Of course they get jobs as do graduates from most other MBA programs. In today's economy it is just not as easy, and many don't get jobs, or don't get the jobs they want. If you start in an MBA program now, by the time you graduate the job market will be totally different. Before you decide on an MBA program explore the Internet for information on available programs. There is a lot of information available. Some sites are limited to specific countries, such as Germany, UK, or Australia. There is a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. The nice thing is that it allows you to find the program that best fits you. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, executive, and accelerated), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. Schools report their accreditation status, tuition cost, number of students, class sizes, program length, and a lot of other data. Schools provide data on entrance requirements, program costs, program characteristics, joint degrees, and much more. You can use it to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and other criteria. some of the other sites are less comprehensive, but all are useful.
