I am a senior in college about to finish my degree in Chemical Engineering. My gpa however is low, 2.5, what are my chances of getting into a masters program for business?

Your degree is called an MBA (Master's of Business Administration). Business is a popular major, so you will be competing with many other students for a spot in the program. Remember that most schools offer some type of business program, and that it's not a challenging major like Chemical Engineering. I am interested in why you are changing course from your current degree. Engineering to Business?
