the "for dummies" series is a good place to start after you have read one or two - say Investing For Dummies, Fifth edition by Eric Tyson Personal Finance For Dummies, 5th edition by Eric Tyson Business Intelligence For Dummies (For Dummies (Business & Personal Finance)) by Swain Scheps you should have more idea of the particular areas you want to read more
