There are several universities in the US that have an MBA program and don't require the GMAT and some of them are online. Currently, I am enrolled in an MBA with Accounting Concentration program at Saint Leo University which is located in Tampa, FL. The University of Maryland also offers an MBA program online, through their University College. Before selecting any program, just make sure that they are accredited by the appropriate state boards.
