I want to graduate in civil engineering and then get a master's in business administration, can I do that?

Yes of course. MBA´s are generally aimed at people who have completed non-business or economic degree´s pretty much any university will consider you eligible.

You can, but Engineers should generally get Master's in Engineering Management, or Technology Management, not an MBA (unless they want to leave Engineering completely).

Yes, I have done it. It is very helpful since you will only spend the first 4 to 8 years in Civil Engineering doing actual engineering and design the rest of your career, you will be overseeing the design team, delaying with clients, going out and getting new clients and projects, interacting with the public and government entities, etc. So having an MBA helps with a lot of these duties. Of course, there are no jobs in the Construction field that includes Architects, Civil Engineers and Construction Managers. The field in the U.S. has shed about half of its jobs over the past 2 to 3 years and is expecting to lose more. There will not be a recovery for this industry. The only people that are hiring are the financial sector and the medical sector.
